Breath training
Breathing is something that our bodies automatically do with out much thought. We breath every moment of everyday, in fact we take on average 20,000 breaths in 24 hours. Our breathing might be an involuntary function, something we do without conscious thought, however breathing itself is very complex and can affect every part of our body.

Have you ever been told to take a deep breath, to slow your mind or to relax your body, ​Understanding how breathing affects the body can be extremely powerful when making changes to the way we live our lives.

​Flowstate uses Oxygen Advantage breath training to take you through a journey of assessment, explanation and practice. Introducing regular breathing practices can help to reduce or resolve issues such as:

Our breath training is conducted in person, online and for corporate groups.
Breath Classes are available in person or online. You can attend as a casual or sign up for monthly subscriptions.

5.30pm Monday:

This class is all about the function of how you breathe. You will experience exercises which switch off the nervous system and exercises for getting energised. It is like doing a gentle workout for your breathing muscles, as these are just as important as all the other muscles in your body.

Private sessions can be attended online or in-person. The training start with a 75 min initial consultation to assess breathing patterns and history. After this training session are 60 mins.
It is suggested you start of with a 6 session package to enable your body and mind to adapt to the new breathing habits.
Through out the sessions you will create an understanding of how your breathing effects how you function, think and feel. You will be given a copy of the exercises to do in your own time.
